A historic downtown landmark is expected to be filled with new life this weekend, as well as an assortment of arts and crafts.

The renovated Katy Depot, 3102 Lee Street in Greenville, has scheduled “Market Days” between 10 a.m. and 7 p.. Saturday.

The free event is designed to feature a wide variety of arts, crafts and one of kind items. Food trucks and drinks are also expected to be a part of the experience.

It is the second such showcase to be featured inside the depot. The Railyard Artisan Market was conducted during Small Business Saturday in November and brought hundreds of shoppers to view exhibits by dozens of vendors who featured items of handcrafted jewelry, soaps, cookies, candles, children’s hair accessories and gift sets, unique handcrafted home decor and furniture, and more.
